The SPFL Teams voted the following format for the 2019 SPFL Playoffs. 

Seeding is done using the Leagues Playoff Seeding Formula that has been used for the last multiple year playoff seedings.

Quarterfinal Round of Playoffs is July 13th Weekend
West 4 at West 1
West 3 at West 2

East 4 at East1
East 3 at East 2

Semi-Final Round of Playoff is July 20th Weekend
Lowest East Seed Remaining at Highest West Seed Remaining
Lowest West Seed Remaining at Highest East Seed Remaining

Championship Weekend is July 27th Weekend at Gustavus Adolphus College in St Peter, MN
Stars vs Strips All Star Game, 2pm
SPFL Championship Game Semi-Final Winner vs Semi-Final Winner.  Home vs Away TBD at later date.
